Supplier Code of Responsibility
RCM Consultancy is committed to the highest standards of integrity, professional ethics, and regulatory compliance. We expect our suppliers, vendors, and partners to share this commitment and adhere to the principles outlined in this Supplier Code of Responsibility.
1. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Suppliers must comply with all applicable local and international laws, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), and data protection regulations. Proliferation financing and sanctions avoidance are strictly prohibited.
2. Ethical Business Practices
Corruption, bribery, and extortion are not tolerated. Suppliers must ensure all business transactions are transparent and accurately recorded in their books and records.
3. Confidentiality and Data Security
Given the high-risk nature of our consultancy work, suppliers must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information obtained through their relationship with RCM Consultancy. Robust cybersecurity measures and data encryption protocols are mandatory.
4. Labor and Human Rights
Suppliers shall provide a safe and healthy working environment. Forced labor, child labor, and discrimination of any kind are strictly forbidden. Suppliers must respect the human rights of their employees as defined by international standards.
5. Professional Excellence
We expect suppliers to deliver services with a level of precision and professionalism that aligns with our editorial minimalist standards. Reliability and proactive risk management are key performance indicators.
6. Monitoring and Enforcement
RCM Consultancy reserves the right to audit suppliers for compliance with this Code. Non-compliance may result in the termination of the business relationship.
